Refunds and requests
- Not activated: charges for a service that cannot be activated because of platform or service conditions, and has not actually been provided, may be submitted for refund review.
- Duplicate or incorrect charges: verified duplicate, unauthorized or incorrect amounts must be refunded or corrected.
- Platform non-performance: where we fail to provide an agreed service for reasons attributable to us, remedies, fee reductions or refunds apply to the unprovided part. Blanket “no refund” wording cannot exclude available remedies.
- Cancellation after normal delivery: current-period tool services or activated number holding fees are generally not refunded pro rata. Mandatory consumer rights, applicable statutory withdrawal rights and expressly offered refund arrangements take priority.
- Third-party memberships: cancellations and refunds follow the original platform or channel’s rules. We may supply relevant records but cannot promise approval on that provider’s behalf.
Submit the order or transaction reference, time and issue through Contact us or account support. Do not submit passwords, verification codes or complete security credentials. Following review, we explain the outcome, calculations and necessary processing progress, including specific reasons where a refund cannot lawfully be provided.
Refunds normally return to the original payment channel. If unavailable, the recipient is verified and a lawful alternative agreed with you. Initiation and receipt dates differ; receipt depends on processing institutions. Deductions or exchange differences require a lawful basis and clear advance disclosure, rather than undisclosed rules.
Billing periods, renewals and cancellation
- AI subscription tools: billed monthly. Activation date, service period and next charge date are shown before activation. Quantity and billing unit follow the confirmed order.
- SMS numbers: a full monthly holding fee is charged at activation, with subsequent renewal on the first day of each month. Mid-month activation can result in an initial period shorter than a month. The initial fee, next charge date, billing timezone and service period must therefore be prominently disclosed before activation.
- Automatic renewal: requires explicit authorization, separate from acceptance of general terms. The renewal date, amount and cancellation method must be displayed at authorization, and advance reminders provided where required by law.
- Cancellation: turn off future renewals through account services, or request cancellation through support if unable to do so. Paid tool services are handled for the remainder of the current period. Releasing a number may immediately end holding and reception; review the consequences first. Corresponding future charges stop after cancellation or release.
Disabling an Anyv.ai tool, deleting an account or releasing a number does not automatically cancel third-party AI / SaaS memberships. Manage those renewals separately with the original provider or subscription channel.
Failure to renew, insufficient funds or failed orders may cause suspension or expiry, and numbers may be reclaimed. Restoration conditions and outstanding amounts must be explained; charges must not be fabricated.
