Prices, currencies and fee disclosure
AI subscription tools cost $3 per month (USD). International SMS number holding fees start at $6 per number per month (USD). See homepage pricing and the country price table for published country and number-type prices. AI tool fees exclude third-party AI / SaaS membership plans. A number’s monthly fee is not an unlimited SMS package.
Before confirmation, the selected service, billing unit, full amount, currency, period, taxes, applicable SMS or other additional fees, settlement conversion information, initial and subsequent charge dates, automatic renewal status, and cancellation and refund conditions must be clearly shown. Undisclosed additional fees must not be charged later.
Confirm third-party membership prices, taxes and refund rules with the original provider or subscription channel. Anyv.ai tool fees are not the total cost of using those services. Price changes apply only to notified, legally applicable future orders or periods, not retrospectively to completed orders. An opportunity to cancel future services must be provided before changes apply.
Payments, balances and transaction authorization
Anyv.ai service orders support WeChat Pay and Alipay. Their marks identify settlement methods and do not indicate endorsement of Anyv.ai or third-party AI services. When the displayed and settlement currencies differ, the converted amount and applicable charges must be disclosed before confirmation.
Order payment, platform service renewal, account fund use and third-party membership charges are separate matters. Authorization scope, amount and triggering conditions must be stated separately. A single payment or account registration is not unlimited authorization for future charges.
Where a selected tool involves an account balance, its permitted uses, settlement currency, fees and refund conditions must be explained beforehand. A balance is not a bank deposit, investment product or promise of returns merely because of its label. Unused, legally refundable funds may be submitted for refund review. Actual non-refundable costs may be handled only where lawful and clearly disclosed in advance.
Billing periods, renewals and cancellation
- AI subscription tools: billed monthly. Activation date, service period and next charge date are shown before activation. Quantity and billing unit follow the confirmed order.
- SMS numbers: a full monthly holding fee is charged at activation, with subsequent renewal on the first day of each month. Mid-month activation can result in an initial period shorter than a month. The initial fee, next charge date, billing timezone and service period must therefore be prominently disclosed before activation.
- Automatic renewal: requires explicit authorization, separate from acceptance of general terms. The renewal date, amount and cancellation method must be displayed at authorization, and advance reminders provided where required by law.
- Cancellation: turn off future renewals through account services, or request cancellation through support if unable to do so. Paid tool services are handled for the remainder of the current period. Releasing a number may immediately end holding and reception; review the consequences first. Corresponding future charges stop after cancellation or release.
Disabling an Anyv.ai tool, deleting an account or releasing a number does not automatically cancel third-party AI / SaaS memberships. Manage those renewals separately with the original provider or subscription channel.
Failure to renew, insufficient funds or failed orders may cause suspension or expiry, and numbers may be reclaimed. Restoration conditions and outstanding amounts must be explained; charges must not be fabricated.
