1. Scope and operator
Anyv.ai is operated by DIGOOD Technology (Hong Kong) Limited. This policy covers our website, accounts, AI / SaaS subscription tools, associated records, international SMS numbers and support. “We” means this operator and “you” means the individual using the relevant services.
When you visit third-party AI / SaaS websites, use their memberships or submit conversations and files, those providers handle information under their own policies. WeChat Pay, Alipay and other independent payment processors also have their own privacy rules. This policy does not replace them.
This policy explains data handling. Browsing this page is not consent to optional processing. Processing requiring consent must be authorized through an explicit choice in the relevant service.
2. Information collected and why
We collect information necessary for the functions you choose, not services you have not selected. Relevant pages should identify required and optional fields. Missing necessary information may prevent the relevant service, but should not block unrelated functions.
| Category | Scope and source | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Account information | Email, mobile number, account identifiers, login verification information and service settings supplied at registration or login | Account creation, login, security verification and service notices |
| Identity and eligibility information | Only where required for the selected service: name, birth date, necessary gender or location information, document type and number, issuing location and contact details. Document images are submitted only when expressly required in the verification process. | Identity, eligibility and applicable compliance checks; prevention of impersonation and fraud |
| Orders and transactions | Order references, service types, amounts, currencies, balance changes, transaction identifiers, status, times, renewal authorizations and refund records | Activation, billing, statements, reconciliation, renewals, refunds and disputes |
| Numbers and SMS records | Selected numbers, sender identifiers, message text, receipt times, delivery status and number status | SMS reception, history display, number management and troubleshooting |
| Technical and security information | IP addresses, browser and device types, timestamps, requests, errors and necessary login and activity records generated during service use | Website operation, troubleshooting, session security and abuse prevention |
| Support and complaints | Issue descriptions, order identifiers, necessary screenshots and correspondence you submit | Request handling, charge investigations and dispute resolution |
You do not need to give Anyv.ai third-party AI / SaaS passwords. Do not submit full login credentials, SMS codes, tool security codes or unrelated identity documents to support. Required verification materials should be submitted through the designated process.
3. Processing grounds and purpose limits
Necessary information is used to provide requested services, fulfill orders, protect accounts, support customers and perform legally required verification, record retention and risk handling. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing or necessary processing with another lawful basis.
We do not expand purposes without limit under a general claim of “service improvement.” Material purpose changes require advance explanation and renewed valid consent where legally required. Optional marketing consent is not a condition of purchasing services.
4. Sensitive information and SMS content
Identity documents, transaction-related information and messages that may contain codes or private content require safeguards appropriate to their sensitivity. They are processed only where necessary for a specific function and with a lawful basis. Separate consent is obtained before collection or transfer where required by law.
Message text is primarily used for delivery and display to the number holder. Manual troubleshooting should be limited to what is necessary; support requests should first provide times, statuses and redacted screenshots. Message text and codes must not be used for unauthorized account access, marketing profiles or unrelated purposes.
5. Recipients and processors
Service delivery may involve the following recipients. Sharing is limited to what is necessary; processors must follow agreed purposes and may not expand them independently.
| Recipient category | Necessary information and purpose |
|---|---|
| Infrastructure, security and notification providers | Necessary account identifiers, technical logs and notification content to host services, protect against attacks and send service messages |
| Identity-verification, subscription-tool and transaction processors | Necessary identity information, contact details, orders and transaction records to verify eligibility, configure tools, process transactions and handle risks |
| WeChat Pay, Alipay and actual order processors | Order amounts, transaction identifiers, status and settlement information for payment, reconciliation or refunds; independently collected information follows their policies |
| Number providers, telecommunications operators and delivery providers | Numbers, senders, message text and delivery status for SMS routing, reception and necessary records |
| Professional advisers and legally authorized bodies | Information directly necessary for audits, lawful disputes, statutory obligations or valid legal process |
Actual recipient names, roles, contact channels, specific information categories and purposes should be stated in the relevant function’s collection notice. General categories do not replace specific disclosure or separate consent required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
If a lawful restructuring or business transfer involves personal information, you should be notified and recipients required to honor existing safeguards. Changed purposes require renewed notice and consent procedures where applicable.
6. International processing
The operator is based in Hong Kong. Infrastructure, transaction processing or communications chains for selected services may involve other locations. Specific processing locations should be disclosed in relevant collection notices; information is not necessarily all stored in a single country.
International transfers require applicable disclosures about recipients, contact channels, purposes, information categories and rights procedures, together with required contracts or other lawful mechanisms and separate consent where legally necessary. Only information necessary to complete the service is transferred.
8. AI processing and model training
This policy does not authorize use of identity documents, message text, transaction records or support content to train general-purpose AI models. Before introducing optional AI support or other AI processing, we should separately explain the provider, transferred content, purposes, retention and training arrangements, and enable it only with a lawful basis, necessary notice and legally required consent.
Conversations or files you submit directly to third-party AI platforms are handled by those providers. Anyv.ai does not claim control over their training settings, retention periods or deletion outcomes.
9. Retention and deletion
Information is kept only as long as necessary for specified purposes or legal obligations, not indefinitely because it might be useful.
- Account information: used during the service relationship; unnecessary information is deleted after account closure, with legally retained records subject to separate use restrictions.
- Identity verification: retained only for verification and related statutory retention or disputes, not unrelated marketing.
- Orders, transactions and refunds: retained for necessary tax, accounting, transaction compliance and unresolved disputes, then deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
- Numbers and SMS: retained according to published arrangements for the selected service. Releasing a number does not unlink third-party accounts or immediately erase all communications-chain records; unnecessary copies should be cleared.
- Logs and support materials: retained only as necessary for security, troubleshooting, requests and related disputes.
Fixed retention periods or user-selectable settings should be shown before use. Responses to deletion requests should explain the actual scope, legal retention exceptions and backup arrangements. Backups are cleared through normal rotation with restricted access and use in the meantime. We cannot promise immediate deletion of every backup or records independently and lawfully retained by third parties.
10. Security and incident handling
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile against automated submissions and checks submission origin and frequency. Your submitted name, email, subject and message are emailed to the operator to handle your request. Do not submit passwords, verification codes or unrelated sensitive information.
Safeguards appropriate to the information’s risk include transmission protection, access permissions, activity records and provider obligations. Access to identity, SMS and transaction information should be limited. Security incidents should be investigated promptly, necessary remedies taken, and affected people or authorities notified as required by law.
No network service can guarantee absolute security. Protect login credentials, avoid exposing verification codes or others’ information in support materials, and report unusual activity promptly.
11. Your rights and requests
Subject to applicable law, you may request information, access or copies, correction or deletion, withdraw consent, restrict or object to particular processing, or request account closure. Other applicable rights, including portability, are not excluded.
Submit requests through our public Contact us page, without logging in, identifying the request as a privacy enquiry and stating the relevant service and action sought. We verify only information necessary to establish identity and prevent impersonation. If your original account is unavailable, explain that situation; unrelated information should not be required.
Requests are handled within applicable statutory deadlines, with explanations of verification, outcomes or specific lawful reasons for any refusal. Lawful reasonable fees or retention exceptions should be explained in advance; arbitrary undisclosed fees are not charged. You may complain to a competent data protection or consumer authority, including Hong Kong’s Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, without waiving other remedies.
12. Minors
Services are intended for users aged 18 or older with the required legal capacity and are not directed at minors. If we discover collection of a minor’s information without lawful authorization, relevant processing should stop and information be deleted or otherwise protected as legally required, except records that must lawfully be retained.
13. Updates and contact
New versions and dates are published when this policy changes. Material changes to purposes, information categories or recipients should be prominently notified and renewed consent obtained where required. Continued browsing alone is not consent to new sensitive processing or international transfers.
For privacy matters, contact DIGOOD Technology (Hong Kong) Limited through Contact us. Supply only information necessary for your request. This policy, specific collection notices and applicable law govern processing together; no interpretation reduces mandatory statutory rights.
